Managing Your Managers

If you think managing is tough… creating a pool of managers takes that struggle a step further. But, there’s one major factor managers of managers have attempting to their advantage: empathy. If an individual is not a supervisor, you can assume a number of things relating to this role and the way you’ll operate once occupying it – however when you happen to be a supervisor, you’ll find less assumptions and misunderstandings, and hopefully more widespread ground. Freely COMMUNICATE
